- What is your shipping/sales/return policy?
- We ship via UPS (USPS for international and P.O. box orders).
All of the items (unless indicated as pre-order or pre-sale) on this website are currently IN-STOCK.
Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery of in stock items (Depends on UPS ground delivery times for your state). Approximately 2 weeks for back/pre-ordered items.If you don’t see your size or color as on option available, Please email us to order at sales@lovewhoiam.com. We will send you a paypal request for the amount due.
An email is sent once your order ships* with tracking info. All sales are final. Exchanges and store credit only.
Items that have been worn, laundered or altered in any way can’t be accepted for exchange or credit.
Exchanges must be submitted and mailed within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Please email us at returns@lovewhoiam.com with your receipt number prior to return.
Offline money order purchases are available upon request.
Sales Tax: Maryland residents will be charged sales tax of 5% (as required by state law) as a part of your shipping charge.
All other residents outside of Maryland are responsible for their own individual state tax for purchases. - How do your ladies tees fit?
- Ladies tees are rib knit and have a baby doll fit that hugs the curves (Unless indicated otherwise).
With the rib knit, the shirts have some stretch/give. Click here for sizing information.
Here is a size reference for the ladies tees, that fit pretty true to size:
Small = 0-4Medium = 4-8
Large = 8-10
XL = 10-12
2XL = 12-14
Plus XL = 16-18
Plus 2XL = 20-22
Plus 3XL = 24-26
Sweatshirts and jackets are Unisex. Ladies may want to order at least one size SMALLER for a closer fit.
